Travelling to Crowborough100By RoadCrowborough lies six miles south of Tunbridge Wells on the A26. The B2100 links Crowborough with Wadhurst and Lamberhurst. An unclassified road crosses Ashdown Forest to link Crowborough with the A22 London to Eastbourne Road at Nutley. By Train(w.e.f 12 December 2004) Trains operate from London Bridge, East Croydon, Oxted, Edenbridge and Uckfield hourly Monday to Saturday and hourly from Oxted, Edenberidge and Uckfield on Sundays. Additional trains operate in the morning peak Monday to Friday and in the evening a half hourly service is provided between Oxted, Edenberidge and Uckfield. By BusBuses operate half hourly from Brighton, Lewes and Uckfield (route 29) and four times an hour from Tunbridge Wells (routes 29, 228 and 229) By CoachNational Express Coaches from London call at Uckfield Bus Station. | ||||||||
